In exactly one week, three bands we are lucky enough to call our friends will be loading into the Dakota Tavern at Dundas and Ossington in Toronto for our 1 year anniversary party. Now our actual birthday was just a couple weeks ago on August 1st, and you can read all about that here, but the best parties are those you have to wait for.
It’s going to be a free show, so bring all your friends. We also have an event set up on Facebook that you can find here.
But if you don’t have time to go there, or don’t have Facebook, here’s the info:
Doors: 8pm
Blue Sky Miners (who you can read about here): 9-10pm
The Treasures (new friends we haven’t written about yet): 10:15-11:30pm
Union Duke (you can read our review of their recently released second album here): 11:45pm-1:15am
Like I said, it’s a free show and open to the public, so come one, come all, bring your grandma if you think she’d enjoy it.
We hope to see you all there!
Love,
Marc and the Indie Blender Team
